Do I have to be present for a service technician to perform work?
No, with your permission we can enter your home to complete the work order requested.
Do you have on-site maintenance?
Yes, our Team will be at your service during office hours, and after hours for emergencies.
An item in my unit needs repair. How do I get help?
You’re welcome to submit a service request through our portal, stop by the office, give us a call, or send an email—whichever is most convenient for you. We’re always here and happy to help!
Is parking available?
Yes, parking is available for rent.
What amenities does the property offer?

Is your community pet friendly?
Yes, we love our furry friends. Cats and dogs are accepted, although there may be some breed restrictions.
What appliances are standard?
Each home will have modern stoves, microwaves, dishwashers, washers and dryers.
What are my options for paying my rent?
Rent can be paid online through your resident portal. You may also drop off a rent check at our office.
Am I required to purchase renter's insurance?
Yes, renter’s insurance is required.
Which provider can I use for Internet and cable?
We are proud to offer Comcast Xfinity at our community, as part of a bulk wifi option.
Is there public transportation within close proximity of the buildings?

From I-95 South:
Take exit 29 toward RI TF Green Int’l Airport, US-1. Keep right onto Post Road. At the light take a left onto Post Road. In 600ft Alta Altitude will be on the left-hand side.
From I-95 North:
